中国外汇交易中心:你中心《关于在银行间外汇市场开设欧元/人民币交易的请示》(中汇交发[2001]298号)收悉,现批复如下:一、鉴于我国对外经济交往的需要,同意你中心于2002年4月1日起在银行间外汇市场开设人民币兑欧元交易。二、你中心应选择一家中资银行作为清算行,同时可再选择一家欧洲商业银行作为清算行。三、在银行间外汇市场上人民币兑欧元的每日价格设定与波动范围可参照人民币/日元交易的要求来制定,即人民币/欧元交易的每一笔报价在最新成交价上下1000点范围内波动,当日市场成交价在前一日市场加权平均汇率的10%范围内波动。
China Foreign Exchange Trade Center: Your Center’s Instructions for Opening Euro / RMB Transactions in the Interbank Foreign Exchange Market (Zhonghuijiaofa [2001] No. 298) have been approved and are hereby approved as follows: I. In view of the need of our country’s economic and foreign exchanges, I agree that your center will open the RMB to euro transactions in the interbank foreign exchange market starting from April 1, 2002. Second, your center should choose a Chinese-funded bank as a clearing bank, and at the same time, choose another European commercial bank as the clearing bank. Third, in the inter-bank foreign exchange market, the daily exchange rate set against the euro and the fluctuation range can refer to the RMB / yen transaction requirements to develop that the RMB / euro transactions each quote in the latest traded price up and down 1000 range Fluctuations in the market price of the day before the market weighted average exchange rate fluctuations of 10% range.
