In the past 60 years, China’s rapeseed production technology has undergone three major changes. Namely the replacement of Brassica campestris with Brassica napus in the 1960s; the breeding and popularization of Brassica napus in the 1990s; the large area application of the double low rapeseed since the late 1990s,
