用一定量乙腈超声提取茶叶样品,离心后转移2m L乙腈溶液过用乙腈活化过的GCB小柱串联IC-RP小柱,最终用一定量乙腈洗脱两次,得到的溶液加入4m L水混合均匀,过0.22μm亲水PTFE滤膜,上离子色谱仪。本实验高氯酸盐在10-100ng/m L之间有良好的线性关系,测定绿茶、红茶、普洱茶等样品的两个加标浓度为0.5和1.0mg/Kg,回收率在72.55%-115.15%之间,取得了不错的效果。
A certain amount of acetonitrile was used to extract the tea sample. After centrifugation, 2 mL of acetonitrile solution was transferred to a small column of GCB with IC activated by acetonitrile, and then finally eluted with a certain amount of acetonitrile.
