冰上溜石运动源于欧洲,约有500多年的历史,本世纪30年代规则完善而作为一项冬季运动开展了起来;作为冬奥会上竞技运动的表演项目亦有十多年了;据悉:98年长野冬奥会已将其列为正式的比赛项目。应黑龙江省体委的邀请,日本北海道冰上溜石协会主席土居博昭先生、北海道冰上溜石A级指导员阿部周司先生于3月11日来哈尔滨,首次在中国举办“冰上溜石讲习会”,传授冰上溜石项目的游戏及竞技方法,这是我国引进冰上溜石项目的第一次学术活动。此文是根据阿部周司先生讲课的文字材料编写,有关冰上溜石项目的比赛方法、竞赛规则、场地器材、服装等,本刊将陆续介绍,以期为冰上溜石运动在中国的开展尽绵薄之力。
