目的为探讨红毛五加多糖（ＡＧＰＳ）抗病毒效应。方法选择５种ＲＮＡ和ＤＮＡ类病毒，在Ｌ９２９（小鼠传代纤维母细胞）及Ｈｅｌａ（宫颈癌细胞株）细胞上进行抗病毒作用的实验研究。结果对水泡性口炎病毒（ＶＳＶ）、单纯疮疹病毒Ｉ型（ＨＳＶ－Ｉ）和柯萨基病毒Ｂ３型（ＣＢ３Ｖ）三种病毒均有明显的抑制作用，对腺病毒－ＩＩ型病毒抑制作用稍弱，仅对脊髓灰质病毒ＩＶ型（ｐｏｌｉｏｖ－ＩＩ）无作用
Objective To investigate the antiviral effect of AGPS. Methods Five RNA and DNA viruses were selected and tested for their antiviral activity on L929 (mouse fibroblast) and Hela (cervical cancer cell lines) cells.
