目的为探讨红毛五加多糖(AGPS)抗病毒效应。方法选择5种RNA和DNA类病毒,在L929(小鼠传代纤维母细胞)及Hela(宫颈癌细胞株)细胞上进行抗病毒作用的实验研究。结果对水泡性口炎病毒(VSV)、单纯疮疹病毒I型(HSV-I)和柯萨基病毒B3型(CB3V)三种病毒均有明显的抑制作用,对腺病毒-II型病毒抑制作用稍弱,仅对脊髓灰质病毒IV型(poliov-II)无作用
Objective To investigate the antiviral effect of AGPS. Methods Five RNA and DNA viruses were selected and tested for their antiviral activity on L929 (mouse fibroblast) and Hela (cervical cancer cell lines) cells. Results The results showed that all the three viruses had obvious inhibitory effect on VSV, HSV-I and CB3V, Slightly weaker, with no effect on poliov-II
