目的观察加味止哮汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法支气管哮喘患者60例随机分成对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予西药常规治疗,观察组在西药常规治疗的基础上加用中药加味止哮汤。两组疗程均为14 d。比较两组最大用力呼气峰流量、第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量及临床疗效。采用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行t检验及χ2检验对数据进行分析,P≤0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果对照组治疗后最大用力呼气峰流量、第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量分别为(5.47±0.55)L/s、(2.01±0.43)L、(3.11±0.46)L,观察组分别为(6.53±0.98)L/s、(2.66±0.27)L、(3.11±0.46)L,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组上述指标改善均较对照组显著(均P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为70.0%(21/30),观察组总有效率为90.0%(27/30),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味止哮汤联合西药可以提高支气管哮喘临床疗效,改善肺功能。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Jiawei Zhixiao decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods 60 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine plus anti-asthmatic soup on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment. The two courses of treatment were 14 d. The maximum expiratory peak flow, forced expiratory volume in 1 second, forced vital capacity and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Using SPSS 19.0 statistical software for t test and χ2 test to analyze the data, P≤0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The maximal forced expiratory flow, the forced expiratory volume at 1 second and forced vital capacity in the control group were (5.47 ± 0.55) L / (2.01 ± 0.43) L and (3.11 ± 0.46) L, respectively (6.53 ± 0.98) L / s, (2.66 ± 0.27) L and (3.11 ± 0.46) L, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (all P <0.05). After treatment, the above indexes of the observation group improved more than the control Group was significant (all P <0.05). The total effective rate was 70.0% (21/30) in the control group and 90.0% (27/30) in the observation group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Jiawei Zhutang Decoction combined with western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy of bronchial asthma and improve lung function.
