Archaean (about 3450Ma) Havanaña, in the Eastern Pilbara Massive Western Australia, contains some of the oldest and most well-preserved volcanic rock formations. The Kelly Greenstone Belt and the McPhee Dome are small deformed and metamorphosed volcanic rocks that show well in areas of approximately 450 square kilometers. This is a crucial area where the relations among the components of the Varavona group have inhibited the model proposed for their evolution. The metamorphic volcanic rocks of the Wawanna Warren can be divided into three groups according to their different structures and mineralogical compositions. although
