人员配置是影响岗位工作效率和企业成本管理的重要因素。劳动定额定员方法给企业整体人员配置提供了理论依据,但是无法有效地直接配置具体岗位人员。文章在全面总结了企业劳动定额定员方法的基础上,构建了优化岗位定员的数学模型。通过A企业岗位的定额定员实例求解,实现了企业人员的合理安排和人力资源成本的节约,并由此探索了在劳动定额定员的实际操作过程中应该注意的问题。
Staffing is an important factor affecting job efficiency and corporate cost management. The method of fixed labor quota provides a theoretical basis for the overall staffing of the enterprise, but can not effectively directly allocate specific staff. On the basis of a comprehensive summary of the method of fixed quota of enterprise labor, the article constructs the mathematical model of optimizing job quota. Through the example of quota fixed instance of enterprise A, the rational arrangement of enterprise staff and the saving of human resource cost are realized, and the problems that should be paid attention to in the actual operation of fixed quota are explored.
