目的研究喙荚云实的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱方法分离纯化,依据理化性质、波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果从喙荚云实的体积分数为95%的乙醇回流提取物中分离鉴定了1个二萜类化合物。结论此二萜类化合物为新化合物。
Objective To study the chemical components of the wolfberry. Methods A variety of chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify. Structure identification was performed based on physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis. Results One diterpene compound was isolated and identified from a 90 % volume fraction of ethanol extracted from wolfberry. Conclusion This diterpene compound is a new compound.
