目的:研究不同身体锻炼量对青年人平衡功能的影响。方法:通过对51名分为高频度运动组、中小频度运动组和久坐组三组青年人进行CDP平衡测试,对所测的SOT分与LOS值进行统计分析讨论。结果:在CDP标准测试条件下,三个对照组测试结果无统计学显著差异。在增加摇头刺激条件下,久坐组比其他组在条件4、5测试中重心面积均值增大的百分比明显上升;在条件1、2、3、5、6测试中重心摆动速度均值明显升高;在条件2、3、5测试中稳定百分明显著下降,P<0.05以上。高频度组比中小频度组成测试指标表现出更好的平衡功能。结论:身体锻炼量与提高前庭挑战刺激条件下的青年人CDP平衡测试成正相关。身体锻炼可以提高青年人在困难条件下,身体姿态控制能力。
Objective: To study the effect of different physical exercises on the balance function of young people. Methods: Fifty-one young people were divided into three groups: high-frequency exercise group, middle-frequency exercise group and sedentary group for CDP balance test. The measured SOT score and LOS value were statistically analyzed and discussed. Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the three control groups under the CDP standard test conditions. The average percentage of center of gravity increased significantly in the sedentary group compared with the other groups under the condition of increasing the head-shaking stimulation. In the condition 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6, the average value of the center of gravity swing increased significantly ; In condition 2, 3 and 5 test, the percentage of stable decrease obviously, P <0.05. High-frequency group than the small and medium frequency test indicators show a better balance function. CONCLUSIONS: The amount of physical activity is positively correlated with the CDP balance test for young people under conditions that stimulate challenge to vestibular challenges. Physical exercise can improve young people’s ability to control body posture under difficult conditions.
