利用热加工模拟试验机对碳素钢轨钢进行了动态再结晶试验。结果指出:钢轨钢热轧变形中存在着连续动态再结晶和间断动态再结晶,再结晶γ平均晶粒直径与变形Z参数具有良好的对应关系。回归方程为:利用万能轧机生产60kg/m钢轨时,在成品机架将发生明显地动态再结晶细化,有利于钢轨获得微细珠光体组织。
The dynamic recrystallization test of carbon steel rail steel was carried out by using hot processing simulation testing machine. The results show that continuous dynamic recrystallization and discontinuous dynamic recrystallization exist in the hot rolling deformation of the rail steel. The recrystallized γ average grain diameter has a good correspondence with the deformation Z parameter. The regression equation is: When a 60 kg / m rail is produced by a universal rolling mill, significant dynamic recrystallization refinement will take place in the finished product rack, which facilitates the fine pearlite structure on the rail.
