一、浦红1号 (一)品种来源:上海市农科院园艺所以“北京早红”品种作母本,“402大红”品种作父本配制的一代杂种番茄。适于鲜食和加工番茄酱。 (二)农业性状:早熟种。植株有限生长类型,3—5个花序封顶,株型较紧凑,节间较短。叶片大,叶色深绿。第7—8节开始着生花序,每花序间隔1—2叶,单式总状花序,单株结果10.5个。绿熟果有明显青果肩,成熟果为桔红色。果实扁圆形,单果重137克。亩产7,275斤。较抗斑枯病,但抗裂性稍差。果实加工合格率77.8%。 (三)加工性状:果实着色均匀。果肉鲜红色,胎座稍带黄色,种子外围胶囊物个别是黄绿色。果蒂和梗洼木栓化中等大小。果肉厚,种子少,风味正常。果实中可溶性固形物含量5.1%,糖(葡萄糖含量,下同)2.89%,酸(柠檬酸含量,下同)0.40%,维生素丙38.5%,番茄红素9.92毫克%。制成28%番茄
