教学是学校的中心工作。校长工作千头万绪,必须紧紧抓好教学这一中心,否则就是不务正业。 校长能否抓好教学,关键在于能否取得教学指挥权。如何取得教学指挥权?我的体会有以下几点: 一、兼点课。校长根据自身所长兼点课,能促使自己钻研教学业务,掌握教学规律,更好地指挥教学。“文化革命”前我在吉安县中工作时,兼过语文和政治课。我的语音基础很差,怎么办?只好经常向教师请教,有时还去请教小学教师,此外还用留声机放唱片学拚音。这样我逐步掌握了语音教学的一些规律,与语文老师交换听课意见时也能提出一些如何正音解词的意见了。“文化革命”后,我一直
Teaching is the center of school work. Principals work a multitude of things, we must firmly grasp the teaching of this center, otherwise it is not working hard.
