【政策背景】3月23日,山西省委书记王儒林亲自对腐败重灾区吕梁市、省交通运输厅新任职的16名省管干部进行了任前集体谈话,标志着山西省级以下官场重建迈出了实质性的第一步。对于此次人事调整,山西省委重视程度之高、选拔程序之严堪称空前。同时,作为腐败重灾区,山西省委以全新理念和办法所进行的干部选拔,在全国亦具有重要的示范性、导向性。
