北京大学教授王建国在其提出的以文化为核心的六维管理理论中,将文化管理放在了核心与统帅的位置,而日本经营四圣之一、一生创办了两家世界500强公司的稻盛和夫认为人生/事业成功的最关键是坚持“作为人,何谓正确”的哲学,以他的成功验证了王建国文化核心论的正确性。两位的管理思想不谋而合,本文从理论与实证相结合的视角,在论述了文化核心论产生的背景、内容及应用意义的基础上,对两位的管理思想进行了对比研究。
Wang Jianguo, a professor at Peking University, puts cultural management in the core and commandership position in his six-dimensional culture-centered management theory, and Japan runs one of four saints and has established two rice companies of the world’s top 500 companies in his lifetime. Sheng Fu-fu believes that the key to the success of life / career is to adhere to the philosophy of “being a person and what is correct,” and his success confirms the correctness of Wang Jianguo’s core theory of culture. The two management ideas coincide with each other. This paper, from the perspective of the combination of theory and demonstration, discusses the background, content and application significance of the core theory of culture, and conducts a comparative study of two management theories.
