最近研究发现,CD40-CD40配体系统的相互作用参与动脉粥样硬化病变的各个阶段及粥样斑块稳定性的改变。阻断CD40—CD40配体的相互作用可以抑制动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展,稳定粥样斑块。
Recent studies have found that the interaction of the CD40-CD40 ligand system is involved in the various stages of atherosclerotic lesions and changes in the stability of atherosclerotic plaques. Blocking the interaction of CD40-CD40 ligand can inhibit the occurrence of atherosclerosis, development and stabilization of atherosclerotic plaques.
