学前教育关系一个国家国民的素质和人才的培养,关系到整个社会的利益,因此学前教育管理尤为重要。但当下我国的学前教育管理中存在学前教育教师队伍的水平差异较大,班级管理水平相对较低,教学内容存在超纲现象以及管理安全等问题,必须从完善师资队伍建设、加强班级管理、杜绝教学内容超纲以及加强安全管理的方面采取应对措施。
