最近日本泉工医学株式会社研制成功一种采用硅膜为材料的中空纤维型膜式氧合器,据称这是国际上第一种类似的硅膜氧合器。这种氧合器的膜厚度为100μm,中空纤维的内径为200μm。该膜具有较高的氧渗透能力,但膜壁无孔,不会因汽化而发生血清泄漏和丧失水份。膜的内壁光滑,对血液的损伤极小。实践证明:当温度变化时,该氧合器仍能安全使用。整个氧合器的膜面积为2.5m~2,预充量为270ml,最大血流量为2.5ml/min。外壳材料为聚碳酸酯,热交换器管道材料为不锈钢,外形尺寸:110
