学术界关于马王堆汉墓出土聂币的研究并不多见,虽有学者证其为冥币,但其丧葬用途尚可商榷。本文对聂币的形状及其用途进行重新审视,认为这种利用长条形布帛剪切成相连的碎片,或将已有的碎片用丝线、竹篾缀连的仿币帛形态,不同于泥质冥币仿金、铜质实用货币,既是自备或赙赠的随葬明器,也可能是丧葬过程中使用的祭奠之物,象征千匹币帛,与同墓所葬明器木犀角、木象牙、木璧、泥珠玑等相似,皆引申为财富的象征。
There are not many academic researches on the Nien coins unearthed in the Mawangdui Tomb. Although scholars have proved it to be Mingyin, its use of funeral remains open to question.
