1989年,昆明钢铁公司实现了全年无重大死亡、重大设备、重大火灾、重大责任交通事故的奋斗目标;轻伤人次及休工天数分别比1988年下降12.07％和13.97％,减少经济损失40多万元;事故数、死亡率、负伤率等三大指标创造历史最好记录,达到全国冶金行业先进水平。他们做了以下工作。 (1)分析事故原因,争创新局面。工会吸取前几年工伤死亡较多的教训,年初帮助发生重大事故的厂矿认真分析原因,找出差距,及时整改。对安全文明生产成绩显著的厂矿和劳动保护监督检查工作的积极分子
