毋庸讳言,长期以来,统计的上游产品—统计数据的生产技术与装备已经站到时代的最前沿;但是统计的下游产品—统计分析却仍摆脱不了粗放式生产的窠臼,一直让世人诟病为“数字文字化”的产品。中国的社会经济已经从粗放式重增长模式,转化为精细化的重质量模式。统计工作要想与时俱进、发挥更大的作为,也必须改变统计调查分析研究工作的传统的粗放式生产模式,转变为精细化的统计调查分析研究产品生产模式,才能提高其精品率。
Needless to say, for a long time, the statistical upstream product - statistical data production technology and equipment has stood at the forefront of the times; however, the statistical downstream product - statistical analysis is still unable to escape the stereotype of extensive production and has been criticized by the world for “Digitize” product. China’s social economy has transformed itself from extensive mode of heavy growth to refined and heavy mode of quality. In order to keep pace with the times and make greater efforts, the statistical work must also change the traditional extensive mode of production in the work of statistical investigation and analysis and transform it into a refined statistical survey to analyze and study the mode of production of products so as to enhance the quality of its products.
