一、前言对于大直径、小弧长的内圆柱面的加工,在批量较小情况下,如果设计大型专用夹具,是很不经济的。这时可以采用端铣刀近似加工予以解决。其方法是将端铣刀尖所在的平面相对于铣床床面纵向进给方向倾斜某一角度用加工出来的部分椭圆柱面来代替圆柱面。但此法存在误差,即椭圆柱面与理想圆柱面在公共弧区内存在间隙。可如果找到端铣刀直径(系指端铣刀刀尖所在圆周的直径)与间隙最大值之间的关系,将会减小上述误差。其加工精度满足生产要求。
