霉米面(臭米面)食物中毒是一种死亡率极高的北方农村常见病。我们于1985年11月2日收治一起霉米面食物中毒病人,其中两位老年人(一男一女)未到医院已经死亡。一名年轻女患者虽经多方抢救存活14天,终因各主要脏器功能衰竭而死亡。现将救治过程和病理诊断报告如下:
Moldy rice noodles (stinky rice noodles) Food poisoning is a common cause of death in northern rural areas. On November 2, 1985, we treated a group of patients with moldy rice noodles. Two of the elderly (one male and one female) had not died at the hospital. Although a young female patient survived for 14 days after being rescued by multiple parties, she eventually died of functional failure of major organs.
