2004年3月中共中央、国务院颁布《关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》以来,广播电视界积极响应并展开了多样化的工作,形成了当前的一个热点话题。国家广电总局采取了一系列措施积极落实中央的指示:第一,成立了广播影视加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设领导小组;第二,下发了广播影视加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设实施方案;第三,召开了全国广播影视加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设电视电话会议;第四,在全国广播影视工作中实施“四项工程”,为广大来成年人提供丰富多彩的节目;第五,组成六个督察组,分赴全国各省区直接检查工作任务落实情况。这些措施已在中央、地方的广播影视界取得了明显的阶段性的效果。认真总结前一段工作,进一步加深对这一工作的理解,提高认识,更好地为广大未成年人创造良好的绿色文化空间和成长氛围,具有重要的现实意义。为此,本刊记者专门采访了国家广播电影电视总局副局长胡占凡。
