目的研究建立等离子体发射光谱法测定血液中铝的检测方法。方法将样品置于离心管中,用5%硝酸稀释,经涡旋振荡器剧烈振摇,静置,通过离心机高速离心,以此对样品进行前处理后,取上清液,采用等离子体发射光谱法对待检测血液中的铝进行检测。结果该方法在0μg/L~100μg/L线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 8,最低检测限为4.0μg/L,回收率为90.0%~100.3%,相对标准偏差RSD<3.0%。结论本方法操作简便、快速,自动化程度高,使用试剂少,具有高效、灵敏、准确、干扰少、检测限低等特点,适用于实验室大批量血液样品中铝的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of aluminum in blood by plasma emission spectrometry. Methods The sample was placed in a centrifuge tube, diluted with 5% nitric acid, vigorously shaken by a vortex shaker, allowed to stand, and centrifuged at high speed by a centrifuge to pretreat the sample. The supernatant was taken and the plasma Emission spectrometry detects the aluminum in the blood to be tested. Results The method showed a good linearity from 0μg / L to 100μg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 8. The detection limit was 4.0μg / L. The recovery was 90.0% -100.3%. The relative standard deviation was less than 3.0%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, high degree of automation, using less reagents, with high efficiency, sensitivity, accuracy, less interference, low detection limit, etc., suitable for the determination of aluminum in large-volume laboratory blood samples.
