目的建立一种简单、快速、能够定性定量测定中毒样品中多种鼠药的检测方法,以便适应突发公共卫生事件快速中毒检测的需要。方法采用溶剂萃取法对待测物进行提取,便携气相色谱质谱联用仪测定,选择离子定量,保留时间和特征离子丰度比定性。结果 5种杀鼠药标准曲线在4.0μg/ml~40μg/ml范围内线性良好,相关系数均>0.99,检出限为鼠甘伏及氟乙酰胺5.0μg,毒鼠强10μg,杀鼠迷60μg,杀鼠灵50μg,平均回收率82.4%~97.2%,相对标准偏差3.48%~8.69%。结论通过对提取试剂,提取条件,特征离子等条件的选择,建立了GC/MS快速同时测定5种鼠药的检测方法,该方法简便、快速,回收率、精密度较好,满足中毒样品现场应急定性定量检测的需要。
Objective To establish a simple and rapid method for the qualitative and quantitative determination of multiple rat poison in poisoned samples in order to meet the need of rapid poisoning detection in public health emergencies. Methods Solvent extraction method was used to extract the analytes, which were determined by portable gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, selected ion quantitation, retention time and characterization of ion abundance ratio. Results The calibration curves of 5 kinds of warfarin were linear in the range of 4.0μg / ml ~ 40μg / ml with the correlation coefficients> 0.99. The detection limits were rodentoxime, 60μg, warfarin 50μg, average recovery 82.4% ~ 97.2%, relative standard deviation 3.48% ~ 8.69%. Conclusion The rapid and simultaneous determination of 5 rat drugs by GC / MS was established by selecting the conditions of extraction reagent, extraction conditions and characteristic ions. The method was simple, rapid, good recovery and precision, Emergency qualitative and quantitative detection needs.
