1977年以来我们应用中药制剂复方雪莲注射液治疗风湿热77例,类风湿性关节炎33例取得较好疗效,现报道如下。 材料与分析 一、病例选择:风湿热按1965年修订的琼斯(Jones)标准,类风湿性关节炎参照美国风湿病学会1958年类风湿性关节炎诊断标准,简化为:①3个肢体关节(至少有2个对称关节)肿胀活动受限、关节强直持续6周以上;②X线改变(蚀损、关节面模糊、骨质疏松);③类风湿因子阳牲。有2项即可诊断。
Since 1977, we applied Chinese medicine preparation compound Xuelian injection treatment of 77 cases of rheumatic fever, rheumatoid arthritis in 33 cases achieved better efficacy, are reported below. Materials and Analysis 1. Case Selection: Rheumatic Fever According to the Jones standard revised in 1965, rheumatoid arthritis was referred to the American College of Rheumatology’s 1958 Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnostic criteria and simplified as: ① 3 limbs (at least There are two symmetrical joints) limited swelling activity, joint stiffness continued for more than 6 weeks; ② X-ray changes (erosion, articular surface fuzzy, osteoporosis); ③ rheumatoid factor Yang sacrifice. There are 2 items to diagnose.
