邮电部科技期刊编辑研讨会,在四川省邮电管理局及邮电科研所的大力支持下,于1988年5月27日至31日在成都召开。参加会议的有42名单位、53个代表。这次会议是在期刊整顿之后、也是邮电科技期刊协作网建网以来的第一次会议。 大会上,人民邮电出版社刑家象同志作了题为“审编校程序”的讲话;南京邮电学院学报编辑部主任王洪生同志对“期刊编辑规范”作了说明;邮电部设计院陈以周同志作了“法定计量单位”的说明;四川省版权局的康振平同志作了题为“版权知识与版权法规”的讲话。
Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications Science and Technology Journal Editor Seminar, with the strong support of the Sichuan Provincial Posts and Telecommunications Administration and Posts and Telecommunications Research Institute, held May 1988, May 31 to 31 in Chengdu. There are 42 units and 53 delegates attending the meeting. This meeting is the first meeting since the periodical consolidation and the network construction of the post and telecommunications science and technology journal collaboration network. At the conference, Comrade Zhang Jiaxiang of People’s Posts and Telecommunications Press made a speech titled “Procedures for Examining and Editing Schools”; Comrade Wang Hongsheng, editor in chief of Journal of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, made a remark on “Editorial Compilation of Periodicals”; Comrade Chen Yi Zhou “Statutory units of measurement”; Comrade Kang Zhenping of Copyright Bureau of Sichuan Province made a speech entitled “Copyright Knowledge and Copyright Laws”.
