本文介绍了青铜基含油轴承在高速轻载条件下的试验研究结果。在69000转/分钟转速条件下,对不同的载荷和给油情况进行了1000小时的运转试验,测定了全过程的温升、摩擦系数、失油率和磨损量。试验结果与理论对比表明,所设计的含油轴承在上述运转条件下,能实现流体动力润滑,因而能长期工作。在5000~50000转/分钟和0.17~2.34公斤力/厘米~2条件下,研究了不同的润滑油种对含油轴承的各项运转性能的影响。试验结果表明,在特定条件下合理选择含油轴承的油种异常重要。
This paper describes the experimental results of bronze-based oil-bearing under high-speed and light-load conditions. Under the condition of 69000 rpm, 1000 hours running test was carried out for different loads and oiling conditions. The temperature rise, friction coefficient, oil loss rate and wear amount of the whole process were measured. The test results and theoretical comparison show that the design of the oil-bearing in the above operating conditions, to achieve hydrodynamic lubrication, which can be long-term work. At 5000 ~ 50000 rpm and 0.17 ~ 2.34 kgf / cm ~ 2, the effects of different lubricants on the performance of oil-impregnated bearings were studied. The test results show that it is very important to select the oil bearing of oil bearing reasonably under the specific conditions.
