我们在七月十六日奉命去越南民主共和国协助堵复梅林堤溃口,历时二十余天,八月九日囘国,现将全部堵口经过向同志们作简略的介绍。
We were ordered on July 16 to help the Vietnamese Democratic Republic to help plug the Meilin embankment and lasted for more than 20 days and returned to China on August 9. We will now make a brief introduction to our comrades.
