国有企业资产经营决定着国有资产营运效率的提高 ,关系到国有经济主导地位的巩固和加强。本文从国有企业资产经营管理体系、现代企业制度创新、完善配套性改革措施三个方面探讨了我国国有企业资产经营的改革问题。
The management of the assets of state-owned enterprises determines the improvement of the efficiency of the operation of state-owned assets and the consolidation and strengthening of the dominance of the state-owned economy. This article discusses the reform of asset management of state-owned enterprises in China from three aspects: the asset management system of state-owned enterprises, the innovation of modern enterprise system and the improvement of the matching reform.
