我科从1984年1月至1986年12月临床诊治并经CT扫描证实的36例小儿脑梗塞临床与CT表现总结如下。一般资料本组36例,男24例(66.7％),女12例(33.3％)。1～3岁1例(2.8％),4～7岁16例
