随着时代的进步和全球经济化一体化进程的不断推进,当前企业的发展不得面对激烈的市场经济竞争大环境。企业如何在市场经济环境中健康、稳定、快速的成长一直是企业人追寻的答案。企业的发展同人们的成长是有相似性的,它也有自己独特的生命周期,只是这个生命周期相对来讲是可以管理和控制的。本文就煤炭企业的融资策略基于生命周期进行详细的讨论和研究,希望为煤炭企业的发展和融资策略提供一些有价值的借鉴个参考。
With the progress of the times and the ongoing globalization of economic integration, the current development of enterprises can not face the fierce market competition environment. How enterprises in a market economy environment, healthy, stable and rapid growth has been the answer to business people to pursue. The development of an enterprise is similar to the growth of people. It also has its own unique life cycle, but this life cycle can be relatively managed and controlled. This paper discusses the financing strategy of coal enterprises based on life cycle in detail and hopes to provide some valuable reference for the development and financing strategy of coal enterprises.
