随着我国经济的迅猛发展,经济结构也在不断调整和深化。投资环境也得到了巨大的改善,为中小企业的发展创造了良好的条件。在投资环境改善的情况下,私募股权基金获得了巨大的发展。但我国资本市场本身还不是很完善,目前我国的私募股权基金发展还存在诸多问题,这些问题制约了私募股权基金在我国的发展。因此,必须采取有效措施解决这些问题,以促进私募股权基金的发展。本文分析了私募股权基金发展中存在的问题,并提出了相关建议。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the economic structure is constantly being adjusted and deepened. The investment environment has also been greatly improved, creating favorable conditions for the development of SMEs. Private equity funds have seen tremendous growth as the investment climate improves. However, our country’s capital market itself is not yet perfect. At present, there are still many problems in the development of private equity funds in our country, which restrict the development of private equity funds in our country. Therefore, we must take effective measures to solve these problems in order to promote the development of private equity funds. This article analyzes the problems in the development of private equity funds and puts forward some suggestions.
