大鼠(SD)16只3月龄雄性,按随机表分为激素组和对照组,激素组喂醋酸泼尼松2次/周,3个月后对两组动物胫骨中段骨代谢的指标用图象分析仪进行测算和分析。激素组与对照组比较结果:(一)骨外膜变化率,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),其中(1)成骨细胞数量的荧光周长减少—41;(2)代表成骨细胞功能的指标骨矿化沉积率下降—29;(3)骨形成率出现明显的减少—55。(二)骨内膜变化率,上述三指标都有下降的趋势,但无显著性差异,仅有骨吸收周长增加92%。这些发现提示糖皮质激素药物对大鼠密质骨的影响主要在骨外膜,其次才波及到骨内膜,这样的影响可能与血流分布有关。
Sixteen male SD rats (3 months old) were randomly divided into hormone group and control group. Hormone group was fed with prednisone 2 times per week. After 3 months, the bone metabolism of the middle tibia was used for the two groups of animals. The image analyzer measures and analyzes. The results of the comparison between the hormone group and the control group were as follows: (1) The rate of changes of the periosteum was significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05), in which (1) the fluorescence perimeter of the osteoblast number was reduced by -41; (2) represents osteogenic The index of bone mineralization of cell function was decreased by -29; (3) The bone formation rate was significantly reduced by -55. (b) The rate of changes in endometrium, the above three indicators have a downward trend, but no significant difference, only the bone absorption circumference increased by 92%. These findings suggest that the effect of glucocorticoid drugs on rat osseous bone is mainly in the adventitia of the bone, and secondly it affects the endocervical membrane. This effect may be related to the distribution of blood flow.
