环境污染问题已成为当今环境与发展的热点问题之一,各国贸易的加速发展带来的环境污染问题日趋严重,其中污染转移问题尤为突出。我国在新形势下针对这些问题应当采取相应的对策措施。
The issue of environmental pollution has become one of the hot issues in the environment and development today. The problem of environmental pollution caused by the accelerated development of trade in all countries has become increasingly serious. The problem of pollution transfer is particularly prominent. Under the new situation, our country should take appropriate countermeasures against these problems.
