广州之窗项目(以下简称“项目”)由中交第四航务工程局有限公司投资开发,规划总用地面积16.7万m2,规划建筑面积34.4万m2。项目计划分A、B、C三区建设:A区为甲级写字楼,面积10.4万m2;B区为经营性用房,面积12.98万m2;C区为科研办公楼,面积11.03万m2。总投资约50亿元。该项目已连续5年(2010~2014年)被列入广州市重点建设项目、广东省现代产业500强项目。
The Project of Guangzhou Window (hereinafter referred to as “Project”) was invested and developed by CCCC Fourth Navigation Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. The total planned land area is 167,000 m2 and the planned GFA is 344,000 m2. The project plans to build A, B and C in three districts: area A is a Grade A office with an area of 104,000 m2; area B is a commercial building with an area of 129,800 m2; and area C is a research office with an area of 110,300 m2. A total investment of about 5 billion yuan. The project has been included in the key construction projects of Guangzhou City and the top 500 projects of modern industry in Guangdong Province for five consecutive years (2010 ~ 2014).
