3月12日上午11点30分,由国内工程公司(设计院)独立承担高技术含量的酸轧联合机组技术总负责、工程总承包的首个冷轧工程——唐山贝氏体钢铁(集团)有限公司1450mm冷轧工程总承包合同在中冶赛迪工程技术股份有限公司会议中心签订,中冶赛迪董事长肖学文,贝氏体钢铁公司总经理张建得代表双方在合同上签字。
