2015年1月18日,由中国食品工业协会白酒专业委员会召开的“第二届中国白酒科学技术大会”在北京举行,来自全国各大白酒企业的核心技术骨干和多位行业知名白酒专家参加了此次盛会。会上,牛栏山酒厂参评项目“二锅头酒特征风味物质及二种生产工艺对原酒品质影响”荣获“白酒中风味物质研究10大科技成果”奖,牛栏山酒厂党委书记、总工程师李怀民荣获“中国白酒大师”荣誉称号,副厂长魏金旺荣获“中国白酒工艺大师”荣誉称号、总工程师李兰英荣获“中国评酒大师”荣誉称号。
