This is a transnational management essay written by foreign scholars on the Yellow Sea marine resources. Some suggestions on the division of waters and cooperation in resources development proposed in this paper are the author’s ideas. However, due to the author’s background, some opinions may not be the same as those of Chinese scholars. Please pay attention to the analysis when readers read it.
