本文简单介绍了网络即时通信工具的特点。分析了运用网络即时通信工具在函授学生管理中的作用:促进函授学生自主学习与合作学习,提高函授学生信息素养,有利于建立和谐的师生关系。提出了运用网络即时通信工具管理函授学生的策略:及早建立班级群,提倡使用真实姓名,善于运用网络即时通信工具的各种功能,巧妙结合情感交流等。 This article briefly describes the characteristics of network instant messaging tools. This paper analyzes the role of using instant messaging tools in correspondence student management: to promote correspondence students’ autonomous learning and cooperative learning, to improve correspondence literacy of students, and to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Put forward the strategy of using network instant messaging tools to manage correspondence students: early establishment of class groups, advocating the use of real names, being good at using various functions of network instant messaging tools and cleverly combining emotion exchange and so on.
