2012年2月21日,国土资源部发言人表示将于2012年内试点清理小产权房。2011年11月,《关于农村集体土地确权登记发证的若干意见》的发布,明确指出小产权房不得登记发证。而据保守估计,全国“小产权房”面积将近60亿平方米。
On February 21, 2012, a spokesman for the Ministry of Land and Resources said it will pilot clean-up of small property rooms in 2012. In November 2011, the “Opinions on Some Opinions on Certifying the Certificates of Rural Collective Land,” clearly stated that small property houses should not be registered for certification. According to conservative estimates, the national “small property room ” area of nearly 6 billion square meters.
