近期,人力资源社会保障部、科技部、教育部、财政部、国家发改委、国家自然科学基金委、中国科协联合发文公布了2009年“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选。本次共选拔国家级人选806人。其中具有博士学位的640名,占79.4%;博士后118人,占14.6%;博士生导师293名,占36.4%;留学回国人员170人,占21.1%。许多人选是国家“863计划”、“973计划”、“国家知识创新工程”等重大科技项目首席科学家或主要负责人。绝大多数人选已列入各地区各部门人才培养计划。
Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the China Association for Science and Technology jointly issued the 2009 “New Century Talents Project” national candidate.
