目的分析总结儿童过敏性结肠炎(AC)的症状、体征和诊治方法等。方法回顾性分析我科室自2008年3月至2010年11月收治的AC患儿的症状、体征和病理学表现以及实验室检查、治疗情况等。结果 AC患儿的症状主要以血便和腹泻为常见症状,病理学表现主要为黏膜固有层嗜酸性粒细胞的侵润。结论 AC患儿的症状主要为血便和腹泻,当前的主要治疗方法为抗过敏奶粉和回避过敏饮食疗法。
Objective To analyze and summarize the symptoms, signs, diagnosis and treatment of childhood allergic colitis (AC). Methods A retrospective analysis of our department from March 2008 to November 2010 were treated AC children with symptoms, signs and pathology and laboratory tests, treatment and so on. Results The main symptoms of children with AC were bloody stools and diarrhea. Common pathological findings were eosinophil infiltration in the lamina propria. Conclusion The main symptoms of AC children are bloody stools and diarrhea. The main current treatment methods are anti-allergic milk powder and anti-allergic diet therapy.
