目的 :分析西南4省市消化系统用药的现状和趋势 ,作出客观评估。方法 :调查西南4省市51家医院1999年～2000年消化系统用药金额、主要品种、DDDs等 ,分析临床应用情况。结果 :对上报数据完整的医院进行统计 ,消化系统用药金额2000年比1999年增长42 08 % ,DDDs2000年比1999年增长8 85 % ,平均日费用2000年和1999年分别为2 76、2 60元。结论 :消化系统药是一类应用普遍、快速增长的重要药物。
Objective: To analyze the status quo and trend of digestive system medication in 4 provinces and cities in Southwest China and make an objective assessment. Methods: The amount of digestive system drugs, main varieties, DDDs and so on in 51 hospitals in 4 provinces and cities of Southwest China from 1999 to 2000 were investigated to analyze the clinical application. Results: The statistics of hospitals with complete data were reported. The amount of digestive system medication increased by 42.08% over 2000 as compared with 1999, and DDDs increased by 885% from 2000 to 1999 with the average daily cost of 2000 and 1999 respectively being 2 76 and 2 60 yuan. Conclusions: Digestive drugs are a type of important and rapidly growing drugs.
