江南造船厂是我国造船工业的骨干企业,为我国航运事业、国防建设和机电出口作出了贡献。近年来,随着生产和经帝的发展,资金紧缺的矛盾日益突出,为此该厂将企业所有收支纳入监控,建立了以预算为主体的全方位资金管理机制,缓解了资金紧张的矛盾。
Jiangnan Shipyard is a backbone enterprise of China’s shipbuilding industry and has contributed to China’s shipping industry, national defense construction and mechanical and electrical exports. In recent years, with the development of production and the emperor, the contradiction between the shortage of funds has become increasingly prominent. To this end, the factory has incorporated all the revenue and expenditure of the enterprise into monitoring and established a comprehensive fund management mechanism with a budget as the main body to ease the contradiction between capital constraints .
