本文采用大量文献分析法、比较法,分析了国内邮轮旅游影响消费特征的因素和旅游流程,分析了消费市场特征在国内邮轮旅游的发展对策,得出邮轮企业和旅行社加强营销力度和管理,可有效刺激我国邮轮行业消费的结论。
