本刊于2016年第8期刊登了《永顺县、龙山县对老年大学实行“老教共管”管理体制的调查报告》,并加按语推广湖南省湘西州永顺县、龙山县探索出的“县委领导、政府主办、老干部局和教育局共管、部门支持、社会参与”的老年教育管理模式,简称“老教共管”。这种“老教共管”的模式因其诸多优越性,已经引起了一些地方的重视。文章刊登以来,已有省内外数十所老年大学前去参观学习,并与他们相互交流。中共湘西自治州委、州人民政府对所辖两县创造的“老教共管”模式十分重视,已于2016年底,向全州下发了在各级老年大学全面推行“老教共管”管理体制的正式文件,全面推行“老教共管”管理模式。现将文件全文刊登如下。
