利用线阵CCD为光电转换器件,以单片机为控制核心的非接触式径度测量系统。该系统采用AT89C2051小型单片机产生稳定、精确的实时驱动脉冲,使整个驱动电路体积小、速度快,提高了电路的可靠性。由线阵CCD输出的视频信号经二值化电路处理,完成对视频信号的滤波、视频放大。输出检测信号经AT89C51同步计数,并设计了与上位机的通讯接口,实现测量值的储存和显示。对单片机控制部分进行了硬件设计和编程调试,理论分析及实验表明,采用线阵CCD为光电转换器件的非接触测量径度法的有效性。
The use of linear CCD as a photoelectric conversion device, a single-chip microcomputer as the control center of the non-contact diameter measurement system. The system uses AT89C2051 small microcontroller to produce stable and accurate real-time drive pulse, so that the entire drive circuit is small, fast, and improve the reliability of the circuit. The output of the linear CCD by the binary video signal processing circuit to complete the video signal filtering, video amplification. Output test signal by AT89C51 synchronous counting, and designed with the host computer communication interface, the measured value of the storage and display. The control part of the microcontroller hardware design and programming debugging, theoretical analysis and experiments show that the use of linear CCD photoelectric conversion device for non-contact measurement of the effectiveness of the method.
