春风浩荡辞旧岁,瑞雪漫舞迎新年,我向一年来给予我们《中国人力资源开发》杂志热情支持和大力帮助的社会各界人士致以深深的谢意和衷心的祝愿。在广大读者、作者、编委、特约撰稿人、指导委员会会员和理事单位的全力支持下,我们送走了紧张忙碌而又成绩斐然的2004年,迎来了任务更加艰巨但同时又充满了更大希望的2005年,我们杂志社全体同仁深感责任重大。在2004年的第一期卷首语中,我曾以古人名句“年光似鸟翩翩飞,世事如棋局局新”来表达我们杂志在快速发展和激烈竞争中常办常新、越办越好的决心。本着这一承诺,今年我们将进一步强化服务读者的意识,全面提升刊物的品质,为此,我们将做出一些重要改进。
The spring of the mighty and the mighty As the old year and the new year of Ruixue bloom and dance, I extend my deep appreciation and heartfelt wishes to all sectors of the community who have given us the warm support and great help to our “China Human Resources Development” magazine over the past year. With the full support of readers, authors, editorial board members, contributing copywriters, members of the Steering Committee and governing bodies, we sent away the busy and well-accomplished 2004, which ushered in a more arduous task but at the same time filled with More hope in 2005, all my colleagues in the magazine deeply responsible. In the first quotation of 2004, I used the ancients name of “A Beautiful Bird to Fly and Things to Become New” to express that our magazine is always new and better and better in the rapid development and fierce competition determination. In line with this commitment, this year we will further strengthen the awareness of service readers to comprehensively improve the quality of publications, and to this end, we will make some important improvements.
